For your safety, we have introduced a free contactless delivery service. This is the safest way for your loved ones to deliver flowers and gifts.
What is contactless delivery?
With contactless delivery, the courier does not enter the house, but leaves the order at the door, helping to avoid unwanted contacts during the spread of the virus.
How it works?
Thinking over a new delivery, we considered all possible risks:
- Florists collect bouquets in disposable masks and gloves;
- Before leaving the courier to contact the recipient;
- The courier puts on disposable gloves and a mask, and then sanitizes the clothes with an antiseptic spray;
- The courier leaves the order at the door, departs to a safe distance (3-5 meters) and informs the recipient that the order is in place;
- If the recipient agrees, the courier leaves a delivery form next to the bouquet, which must be signed. If the recipient refuses, the courier takes a mandatory photo to confirm delivery.
- Also, contactless delivery may be requested by the recipient.
How to order contactless delivery?
It's very simple. Select Contactless Delivery during checkout.
- Proceed to checkout;
- In the section "DELIVERY ADDRESS (+ YOUR WISHES TO ORDER)" put a tick in front of the item "Contactless delivery".
