International delivery terms and conditions
The company "Worldwide Flowers" guarantees 100% quality; your flowers and gifts will always be fresh and beautiful. We have been delivering flowers abroad for over 10 years. During this time, we have built one of the best partner networks and use our accumulated experience to delight our customers.
- For orders to foreign countries, it is very important to fill in all the recipient's contact details: local phone number and delivery address. Please ensure you have selected the correct delivery city. If the information you provided is incorrect, delivery times and costs may change.
- International orders are delivered within the day from 10:00 to 21:00 local time. Unfortunately, your delivery time requests cannot be fulfilled due to different delivery traditions in foreign countries. Please be attentive.
- If the recipient is absent at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier will return the arrangement to the salon or leave the order at the front door of the apartment/house or in the mailbox, depending on the country of delivery. In this case, the order is considered completed.
- If delivery is ordered to a restaurant, hotel, hospital, or educational institution, the courier will leave the order with the administrator or at the reception without notifying the recipient. In this case, the order is considered completed.
- Depending on the country of delivery, the courier may not call the recipient before delivery.
- We will place any text you want on the card, but we recommend refraining from Russian-language texts due to the ambiguous attitude towards Russians around the world. Sometimes the text may be written in Latin letters because the order is assembled in a country where they may speak another language.
- When the required flowers are not available, the florist may make changes to the bouquet without prior approval. The color, variety, and type of flowers and greenery may change. However, the changes will always correspond to the amount you paid.
- Due to the different assortments in salons in different countries, decorative elements and packaging in the bouquet, candies/balloons/gift baskets may differ from the sample in the picture.
- Unfortunately, the "Photo of the bouquet before delivery" and "Photo upon receipt" services are not available for international orders. We do not send photos before delivery and do not take photos at the time of handover.
- Delivery reports are received within 2 business days following the delivery date.
- The courier service may add an extra charge to the delivery cost calculated by the website. This is possible, for example, if the delivery address is in rural, remote, or hard-to-reach areas.
- After the order has been accepted and processed by the florist, it cannot be canceled and a refund cannot be issued.
- If you have any questions about placing an order, call us anytime at 8-800-333-09-05. The current status of the order can be found only after an additional request to the florists or delivery service. The response may take up to one business day in the delivery city's time zone.
